I'm Adele Reische

Adele Reische brings a unique blend of training, support and insight to her clients, coaching them through the shift from surviving to thriving.  With over 40 years of experience in dentistry, management and speaking, Adele rallies the troops to action, engaging everyone on the dental team as they work together to effect positive change and growth for the entire practice.

Adele enjoys spending time in the great outdoors with family and friends houseboating, in addition to hunting and fishing with her husband Ken of 38 years.

Adele is the Director of Member Relations with the Speaking Consulting Network (SCN), and is also a graduate of The Consulting U, a masters training and continuing education program specifically for dental practice management consultants. Adele is an active member of the Academy of Dental Management Consultants, The American Academy of Dental Office Mangers as well as a Certified Consultant in Employment Law with Bent Ericksen & Associates, and is the Director of Provider Affiliations with The Allana Smiles Foundation. I'm Amber Weber-Gonzales

Amber Weber-Gonzales has almost 20 years in the dental industry.  She has worked both the clinical and administrative side of dentistry, from scheduling, insurance, assisting, hygiene, and practice management.  As a licensed dental hygienist, she practiced clinical hygiene for 15 years. 

She is licensed in Texas and Colorado and has practice in public health and private practice settings.

During those years of clinical practice, she was able to implement and build strong hygiene and periodontal programs.  Her administrative experience and clinical experience has helped her manage and oversee the business aspect of dental practices. By implementing metrics and customized tracking methods in hygiene, she has been able to help practices grow and succeed.   Amber is passionate about the dental industry and loves to help practices grow and achieve success. 

Through that experience Amber  and her business colleague have worked together to develop Get Results Pro. With the development of Get Results, Amber’s goal has been to help dental professionals understand how to reach their goals. And have a reference for their goals.

She is a member of the Speaking, Consulting Network, the American Association of Dental Management, and is the secretary the Academy of Dental Management Consultants. Amber is also a senior fraud investigator with Prosperident.

Amber was raised on a ranch in Wyoming and is a passionate horse person. She competes in equine events and loves the agriculture industry.
